modern farmhouse
this was actually inspired by a build i made recently. it's full of cc, and i have a link below to all my cc links. i'll organize it more later and add a section for this build. it's not on the gallery because it's so full of cc.
i was inspired by my dream house build i made just a few weeks before this. my bf asked me for some speed building videos, so i started this house and decided i would add some screenshots here. i dont have a full video, but if you'd like a tutorial for downloading cc there it is :>
large family home
this house was inspired by porcupine clark, a townie in the game that comes with base game. i started playing as her and married her, now they have a ton of babies running around so i thought i'd make a big, expensive house for them to thrive in. i really wish i made a speedbuilding video but unfortunatley my laptop didn't have the storage for it at the moment. i did have a reference photo, but i'm unable to put it up. i found it on zillow, and used it for the exterior!

custom content list
since i dont have a lot of packs, i really rely on custom content. most of my builds arent in the gallery for this reason, but i have a lot of base game builds up and pack limited builds as well. if i get a lot of requests on a certain build with cc, however, i'll put it up. make sure you always have "show custom content" enabled in the gallery!
because of all this, i have a word document with all my custom content. it should be public, but if it's not, contact me.
